22-year-old Salisbury Man Indicted in Connection With Block Party Shooting on July 5th

A Wicomico County Grand Jury has indicted Kairee Daquan Vanlandingham on 59 counts, to include 1st Degree Murder for his involvement in the July 5th block party shooting that occurred on Chippewa Blvd that left one person dead and several others injured. As a result of a search warrant in August, Vanlandingham was arrested for firearm related offenses. The Criminal Investigation Division with the assistance of the Salisbury Police Department collected evidence during the search warrant on Bailey Lane that further connected Vanlandingham to the incident. He admitted to discharging a firearm during the incident. Vanlandingham is a convicted felon, therefore prohibited from possessing firearms. Vanlandingham this week was served the indictment.
