2nd Arrest in June Armed Robbery in Somerset County

Last June Maryland State Police investigated an armed robbery at Dollar General in Westover. A masked gunman demanded cash from the clerk, who was also struck in the head with a handgun. In July, Police arrested 29 year old Anthony Horsey of Westover on a variety of charges and has been held without bond.  The masked gunman has been identified as 23 year old Timothy Jarvis of Milford who was arrested last month by Delaware State Police on charges of armed robbery, 1^st and 2^nd degree assault and multiple other offenses.  Jarvis has been extradited to Maryland where he is being held without bond.
