A fire this morning near Ellendale sent four people to the hospital.  Ellendale firefighters were called for a camper fire just before 8am on Greentop Road and found a family of four who had been sleeping when the fire broke out.  A 29 year old man and 31 year old woman suffered smoke inhalation – the woman also sustained 2nd degree burns – they have been taken to the Crozer Chester Medical Center and are in stable condition.  Two small children were treated and released to relatives.  The State Fire Marshal is investigating – and says there were no smoke alarms in the camper.  Damage is estimated at $2500.
