Lewes Man Charged with Felony Sex Abuse of Child

A Lewes man has been arrested for six felony sexual assault related offenses involving a child. Lewes Police charged 55 year old Timothy Delp last week after a month-long investigation. Delp is being held at SCI in default of $162,000 cash bail.
