Ground Broken for New Seaford Montessori School

Ground was broken last week for the new Seaford Montessori Public Charter School. Start-up funding for the school came through grants, donations and other private financing. State lawmakers are also contributing a portion of the Community Transportation Funds to improve the roads around the complex just off Stein Highway. The new school is scheduled to open this coming September and will serve about 260 students in grades K through 3rd.
