6 year old Dies after Crash East of Seaford
A vehicle crash at Coverdale and Hastings Farm Roads east of Seaford just before 4:30pm on July 27th. has left a 6 year old from Bridgeville dead. Delaware State Police say a Corolla failed to stop at the stop sign on Coverdale Road and entered into the path of a Tundra. The Trundra struck the passenger side of the Corolla sending 6 year old Keydan Garcia-Garcia of Bridgeville to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries. Police say the child died from his injuries on August 1st.
The driver of the Corolla, a 44 year old woman from Bridgeville was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries and a 15 year old front seat passenger was hospitalized with critical injuries. The driver of the Tundra refused transport.
