UPDATE: Suspect Arrested in Dover Robbery

UPDATE 10/09/24: Delaware State Police have arrested 34-year-old Carlton Harris of Dover, Delaware for a robbery that occurred earlier this week in Dover.
Yesterday, October 8th Harris was arrested and taken to Troop 3. He was charged with
- Robbery 1st Degree (Felony)
- Conspiracy 2nd Degree (Felony)
- Assault 3rd Degree
He was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 2, and released on a $8,000 unsecured bond.
Delaware State Police Troop 3 continues to investigate this robbery. Troopers are asking anyone with information to contact Troop 3 by calling 302-697-4454. Information may also be provided by sending a private Facebook message to the Delaware State Police or contacting Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-847-3333.

Your help is needed to locate the suspects who robbed two victims near Howell Street and Carter Avenue Sunday night just before 7:30. Police learned that the victims were on a blue and white Suzuki dirt bike when they were approached by two unknown black males who assaulted the victims and one of the suspects stole the dirt bike. The victims suffered minor injuries in the assault.
Police have identified and obtained warrants for one of the suspects – 34 year old Carlton Harris of Dover, who is wanted for the following offenses:
- 1st degree robbery
- 2nd degree conspiracy
- 3rd degree assault
Police are still trying to identify and locate the other suspect.
