UPDATED: Laurel Man Sentenced for 2nd Offense Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material

UPDATED –  3/01/25 – A Laurel man was sentenced Friday in the US District Court for the District of Delaware for possession of child sexual abuse material. Officials say Michael Natale pleaded guilty in October of last year after he was found having online conversations with another individual on the instant messaging platform, ‘Kik,’ where they exchanged graphic videos that included the sexual abuse of the other person’s own young son. That individual was arrested and a search of her ‘Kik’ account led to the identification of Natale.

Chief Judge Colm Connolly sentenced Natale to 10 years in prison – the mandatory minimum sentence Natale must serve because he has a prior conviction in the State of Delaware for dealing in child pornography.
