Salisbury Police Arrest St. Michael’s Man in April Shooting Incident

A St Michael’s man has been arrested in connection with a shooting incident in Salisbury on April 24th. Police were called to a residence on North Division Street just before 11pm and learned two homes were struck with gunfire – several people were in each home. A dog inside one home was struck and killed.
Investigation led police to 30 year old Ri’tell Dodd as the suspect and an arrest warrant was issued. With help from St. Michael’s Police Dodd was located and arrested on April 30.
Dodd is charged with weapons offenses, reckless endangerment and animal cruelty and is being held without bond at the Wicomico County Detention Center.
