DSP Investigating Shots Fired in Dover Waffle House Parking Lot Sunday Morning

Delaware State Police are investigating a report of shots fired in the parking lot at the Waffle House in Dover. Police say early Sunday morning around 1 several people were in the restaurant parking lot arguing when someone fired several shots in the air. Police say everyone in the parking lot left the scene ā including the suspect.
Police say there are no reports of injuries or damage.
