Dover Police Investigating Shooting Incident on Simon Circle

Dover Police are investigating shots fired in the area of Simon Circle on Thursday afternoon. An officer from the Wyoming Police was in the area just after 2pm and heard the shots. Several officers responded and contacted a 17 year old victim who had been shot at – but not injured.
Police learned that a black male in dark clothing shot at the victim and left. However the 17 year old was uncooperative with police who have no further information.
