UPDATED: DSP Identify Dover Man in Motorcycle Crash Near Cheswold

UPDATED – 06/01/25 – Delaware State Police have identified 22 year old Jordan Cuffee of Dover as the man who died in the fatal motorcycle crash that occurred Friday night in Cheswold.

ORIGINAL STORY – 05/31/25 – A 22 year old Dover man is dead after a motorcycle crash Friday night just after 7:45 on North Dupont Highway in Cheswold. Delaware State Police say the motorcycle was southbound in the left lane near the intersection of Rose Bowl Road when a Toyota Sienna stopped at a stop sign and then proceeded to cross the southbound lanes – into the path of the motorcycle.

The motorcycle hit the driver’s side of the Sienna and the cyclist was ejected. He was taken to an area hospital where he later died.

The driver of the Sienna, a 74 year old driver from Smyrna, received a minor injury but refused transport to the hospital.
