Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 06/25/25

Tuesday saw more hot weather and not so hot fishing.

We did get a good report from the Captain’s Lady out of Bower’s Beach. They are catching a mixed bag of croakers, kings and trout. Sounds like some good ole summer fun.

On Monday Captain Brin had the Fisherman’s Wharf’s head boat out in the ocean and her customers caught some fine flounder and sea bass plus a 5-pound wahoo.

Hook ‘em and Cook ‘em told us the Capt. Bob and the Judy V both brought in some sea bass and flounder. Private boats ran to the deep and returned with yellowfin tuna.

I would think it was pretty uncomfortable on the fishing pier at Cape Henlopen State Park, but Breakwater Tackle said those who stuck it out were rewarded with spot, croaker and crabs.
