Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 07/09/25
Tuesday was just a tad windy on the ocean and as a result, several boats fished in Delaware Bay.
Lewes Harbour Marina reported the head boat Angler caught a few croaker on her morning trip to bay structure.
Breakwater Tackle on the fishing pier at Cape Henlopen State Park reported slow fishing on Tuesday with just a few spot and croaker caught on bloodworms and FishBites.
Hook 鈥榚m and Cook 鈥榚m also reported slow fishing as the Judy V only had a few flounder on her morning trip to ocean structure.
Rick鈥檚 Bait and Tackle on Long Neck recorded a 6.4-pound flounder for Patrick Thomas that he caught on Fenwick Shoal. A few flounder were caught from the Back Bays.
The head boat out of Fisherman鈥檚 Wharf had a great half-day catch from Delaware Bay that included croaker, kings, spot and at least one big flounder.
