Seaford PD Close Beauty Spa after Investigation into Illicit Activity

An unlicensed massage business has been closed down by Seaford Police. A search warrant was executed at Beauty Spa on Sussex Highway Friday morning after an investigation into illicit sexual acts allegedly being carried out in the business. Two female employees were detained as part of the investigation into possible trafficking and turned over to victim services. The business shut down with help from the Delaware Division of Professional Regulation.
