Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 07/13/25

Saturday saw some pretty good weather and fishing was described as decent by several reporting stations.

Lewes Harbour Marina told us the head boat Angler fished bay structure for a good catch of croaker. Private boats worked ocean structure for flounder and sea bass sorting through many shorts to cull out some keepers. Other private boats ran to bay structure to catch croaker, spot and kings on bloodworms, Fishbites and squid strips.

The Gale Force with Captain Aaron Herd fished Indian River Inlet where his charter Richie Blue caught four keeper flounder and two bluefish and his mate Mike had two flounder to make for a very good trip.

Josh Dean fished from Massey鈥檚 Landing to Indian River Inlet where he caught the smallest black sea bass he has ever seen at 2.5 inches. He did put six nice spot in the box on bloodworm bait.
