UPDATE: The Dover Police Department is canceling the Gold Alert for Courtney Dean. She has been located and is safe.

The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for 42-year-old Courtney Dean of Hartly. Dean was last seen at approximately 4:00 a.m on McKee Road, and there is a concern for her safety. Attempts to contact her have been unsuccessful. Dean is described as a White woman, 5’10”, and 145 pounds. It is unknown what she was wearing at the time.
