Dover Police Investigating a Shooting in Dover

A 20 year old Dover man was injured after a shooting Friday evening in the area of Simon Circle and West North Street in Dover. Dover Police were called just after 6:30 and found the victim with gunshot wounds to his upper and lower body – he was taken to Bayhealth Kent Campus. Police say several homes were also struck – the victim is not cooperating with police.
