MD Man Arrested for 5th DUI near Bridgeville Friday Night

Delaware State Police were called to the area of Routes 13 and 404 near Bridgeville Friday night around 9 for a report of a Yukon driving at a low speed in the left lane and swerving all over the roadway. Police initiated a traffic stop and contacted the driver – 51 year old Todd Kellner of Westminster, MD and administered standard field sobriety tests. Kellner showed numerous signs of impairment and was arrested for DUI.
A computer check showed that Kellner had four prior DUI convictions.
Kellner was charged with a 5th offense DUI and is being held at SCI in default of a $6000 secured bond.
