Selbyville Man Charged After Weekend Incident

A Selbyville area man has been arrested after an incident Saturday night. Delaware State Police were called to Knolls Lane in the Williamsville area for a report of reckless endangering and learned that 44 year old Justin Glowacki was shooting a rimfire rifle, screaming and cursing outside of his residence – in the direction of a home occupied by two adults. When troopers contacted Glowacki, they found him highly intoxicated. Glowacki was taken to Troop 4, where he was charged with the crimes listed below:
- Reckless Endangering First Degree (Felony) – 2 counts
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony (Felony)
- Possession of a Firearm While Under the Influence
- Failure to Comply with Taking of Photos and Fingerprints
Glowacki was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 7, and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on a $24,000 cash bond.
