Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 09/03/25

To the best of my knowledge, only one boat ran from a Delaware port on Tuesday and that was the Katydid. According to Lewes Harbour Marina, Captain Brent had his party on a boat limit of flounder and they were back at the dock early.

The only other good report I received was from Nick Garcia who spent Tuesday, the last day of his vacation, fishing Delaware Bay with his grandpop. They found an outgoing tide and a fast drift of 2 to 2.4 knots, but the flounder didn’t seem to mind and they boxed six keepers to 24 inches. Not quite as good as he and his friends and family did on Sunday when the total was fourteen keepers to 24 inches and made it the best day of the season.
