Delaware State Police Investigating Shooting in Lincoln
Delaware State Police are investigating a shooting that occurred in Lincoln. Early this morning, September 18th, shortly before 6:30, troopers responded to a home on Fleatown Road in Lincoln and learned that someone entered the residence through an unsecured door and shot a 66-year-old man in the chest while he was sleeping. He was taken to an area hospital with serious injuries. The investigation remains active and ongoing. Anyone with information should contact Detective R.
