Utility Work to Close Fourth St in Lewes on Monday

Utility work will begin Monday on Fourth Street in Lewes. Board of Public Works officials say this will include a closure of Fourth Street on Monday between Savannah Road and Market Street. Following the initial closure, utility work will continue with single-lane closures on Fourth Street for up to two weeks.

Flaggers will be present to direct traffic and help with safe passage. Drivers should plan alternate routes and expect possible delays while the utility work is underway.
