Dover Police Issue Gold Alert for Missing Dover Teen

The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for 17-year-old Hilton Clements of Dover. Clements was last seen on North Kirkwood Street on Friday, September 26th. At the time, he was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. Attempts to contact him have been unsuccessful and there is a concern for his safety. Clements is described as a black, 5’08”, and 120 pounds. Anyone with information on Clements’ whereabouts, should call 302-736-7111.
