DSP Arrest Two Dover Men for Burglary
Two Dover men have been arrested for burglary and other offenses. Delaware State Police arrested 28 year old Daquan Nocks and 31 year old Maleek Gamble after a report around 4am Monday for two black men attempting to open the front door of a residence on Fork Branch Road. Police arriving at the scene found the suspects standing outside the home’s garage. Preliminary investigation showed that Nocks gave false information to police while in possession of the homeowner’s property that had been taken from an unlocked vehicle inside the garage. Both men face multiple charges.聽聽

Nocks was arrested and taken to Troop 9 where he was charged with the below offenses:
- Burglary 3rd Degree (Felony)
- Conspiracy 2nd Degree (Felony)
- Theft Under $1500
- Making a False Statement
Nocks was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace Court 7, and committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on a $4,000 secured bond.

Gamble was arrested and taken to Troop 9, where he was charged with the below offenses:
- Burglary 3rd Degree (Felony)
- Conspiracy 2nd Degree (Felony)
- Theft Under $1500
Gamble was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace Court 7, and committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on a $3,500 secured bond.聽
