Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 10/12/25

Saturday was almost a no fishing day, but we were able to get reports from Old Inlet and Breakwater Tackle. Both shops said they may not be open on Sunday or Monday as the worst of the nor’easter goes by. I didn’t call Lewes Harbour Marina or Hook ‘em and Cook ‘em because I knew with a small craft warning that was going into a storm warning, no boats were going out of Indian River or Lewes.

Breakwater Tackle on the fishing pier at Cape Henlopen State Park told us a few spot were caught on bloodworms and Fishbites and a few blues were taken on cut mullet.

Old Inlet reported the DMS Surf Tournament produced some 16-inch blues on Saturday and probably will not be held on Sunday as storm conditions and coastal flooding are expected.
