Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 10/16/25
Wednesday saw small craft advisories up and they will be up through Thursday. From the long-range forecast it looks like they will be up right through the weekend with 15 to 20-knot winds and 5 to 7-foot seas. Sure am glad I no longer run my charter boat business.
The only reporting station that actually had a report was Old Inlet and they said some keeper tog were caught from Indian River Inlet early on Wednesday morning. No bait was given, but my guess would be sand fleas, shrimp or green crab. They also said the only beach that was open was 3Rs Road, but they had no reports from there.
As you can guess, both Lewes Harbour Marina and Hook 鈥榚m and Cook 鈥榚m said no boats left from Lewes or Indian River Inlet.
