UPDATED: Two Vehicle Crash Near Oak Orchard Leaves 1 Dead

UPDATED – 11/09/25 – Delaware State Police have identified 76-year-old Peter Roskowski, of Millsboro, Delaware, as the man who died in the fatal crash on Friday in Millsboro.

ORIGINAL STORY – 11/08/25 – Delaware State Police continue to investigate a crash on Route 24 near Layton Davis Road east of Millsboro that left a 76 year old Millsboro man dead. Police say the driver of a pickup truck was westbound on Route 24 around 2:30 Friday afternoon when for unknown reasons his truck crossed the center line and struck the front left side of a box truck.

The driver of the pickup was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the box truck, a 63 year old Florida man was taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
