Remote Attendance Bill Voted out of DE House Committee

Legislation that would permit remote attendance and participation by electronic means by Delaware House members at a special session has been voted out of committee. HS 1 for House Resolution 19 would require a quorum of the House be physically present in Dover. Authorization of the Speaker of the House is required for remote participation – which is only permitted when the General Assembly is not regularly in session between the second Tuesday inĀ  January and the first day of July.
