A Harrington man has been arrested after a series of shots fired incidents between Saturday evening and Sunday morning in Harrington. Delaware State Police were called to Staytonville Road around 9pm Saturday for shots fired and learned that a small passenger car was seen leaving the area after several shots were heard. Troopers recovered a spent shell casing and live ammunition at the scene.
