Firefighters Battle Whaleyville Structure Fire Saturday

Firefighters from Showell were called for a structure fire on Circle Road in Whaleyville just after noon on Saturday.聽 Crews arriving at the scene found smoke and fire.聽
Additional companies from Worcester, Wicomico and Sussex Counties were called to assist at the scene or provide backup.
Firefighters were on the scene for nearly 3 陆 hours.
The Maryland State Fire Marshal’s office is investigating.
