Camden, Delaware Woman Extradited to Maryland for Charges of Organized Retail Theft

Officers of the Easton Police Department extradited 42-year-old Valtoya A. Taylor of Camden, Delaware on an arrest warrant charging her with Organized Retail Theft, Theft Scheme $100 to under $1500, and related charges. Taylor was released to the custody of the Talbot County Detention Center. According to police, on October 16th, 2025, officers of the Easton Police Department were dispatched to ACME Markets for a reported theft. Officers were informed that a male and female, the woman later identified as Taylor, had filled shopping carts with store items and left the store without paying. Officers later responded to the area of Wal-Mart in reference to a theft that had just occurred at Giant Foods. A suspect vehicle description was given. Officers located the vehicle and identified Taylor as one of the suspects involved in the thefts.
