Laurel Police Investigating Shooting at Apartment Complex

Laurel Police are investigating a shooting that was reported yesterday, April 1st around 7:53 p.m. at the Little Creek Apartment Complex. Officers arriving at the scene encountered a large, uncooperative crowd of about 300 people but were able to locate a man with a gunshot wound. Officers provided aid until EMS transported the victim to TidalHealth Nanticoke, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries and is reported in stable condition. Multiple agencies assisted in securing the scene, and the investigation remains ongoing as authorities work to identify a suspect (s).
