Former Deputy Attorney General Pleads Guilty in DUI, Vehicular Assault Case


Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings announced that former Deputy Attorney General Andrew Naylor has pleaded guilty to DUI and second-degree vehicular assault in a case involving injuries to three victims. Naylor received probation, fines, license suspension, job loss, and a no-contact order. Attorney General Jennings emphasized the seriousness of impaired driving and the importance of equal enforcement of the law. The Attorney General said it was fortunate the victims’ injuries were not more severe, stressing that DUI offenses can be deadly and that the law must apply equally to everyone. She also praised her team for handling the case professionally.
