Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 05/09/26

Friday was a pretty nice day until the afternoon when small craft advisories were put up and they will remain up through Saturday afternoon.

Lewes Harbour Marina told us a few boats went out in the morning, but if they had any success, they did not share that information.

Old Inlet Bait and Tackle reported that surf fishing was productive at 3Rs Road where cut mullet or bunker produced big blues to 12 pounds. At Indian River Inlet the tog fishing was good with either sand fleas or green crabs the top baits.

Rick’s Bait and Tackle on Longneck had one good report from the boat Action Jackson. The captain said they had a good catch of sea bass from ocean structure.
