Small Plane Makes Emergency Landing on Beach at 94th Street in Ocean City – No Injuries

Emergency personnel were called to the area of 94th Street on the beach around 5:30pm for an aircraft emergency where a small plane made an emergency landing on the beach. Ocean City fire officials report two people on board and not injured.

The Cessna 150 had departed the Ocean City Municipal Airport before the incident.

Maryland State Police have taken the lead on the investigation.

According to FlightAware, the plane, a 2-seater 1970 Cessna 150K, is registered to William E. Peters of Bel Air, MD man.
