Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 06/28/26

Saturday was a bit wet around the edges, but fish were caught by those who were not afraid of melting.

Dan at Dan’s Tackle said he spent a lonely day because the fishing at Broadkill Beach was Deadville.

Lewes Harbour Marina had pretty much the same report as none of their boats left the dock.

Breakwater Tackle on the fishing pier at Cape Henlopen State Park said croaker and spot were caught on bloodworms and Fishbites between the raindrops.

Old Inlet Bait and Tackle had reports of blues on incoming water and sheepshead close to the rocks. Kings, blues and croakers from the surf.

Hook ‘em and Cook ‘em told us it was a variety of fish including Spanish mackerel, blues, sheepshead and flounder caught on Fenwick Shoal.
