Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 06/30/26

Monday was a pretty nice day at the beach and while the fishing was not exciting, it was steady.

Dan at Dan’s Tackle said croaker, spot and kings were caught from Broadkill Beach on bloodworms and Fishbites. Spot and croaker were caught from the Broadkill River on the same baits. Dan said he heard that the price of bloodworms was going up again. I had no idea they went through the Strait of Hormoz.

Lewes Harbour Marina said the Katydid and the Shoot Dog had sea bass and flounder from ocean structure. The head boat brought back croaker from bay structure. One customer caught three keeper flounder from the rocks at Roosevelt Inlet.

Old Inlet reported sheepshead and triggerfish caught out of the Inlet on sand fleas and green crabs.
