Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 07/03/26

Thursday saw the temperature hit 100 degrees at my house.

Patty at Captain Bones recorded two sheepshead citations for 13-year-old Chance Rogers. Chance caught his 10.34 and 9.28-pound beauties on shrimp at the Outer Wall off of Lewes.

Dan at Dan’s Tackle said he had zero reports from Broadkill Beach, but he sold out of crab bait. Crabbing has been pretty good in the Broadkill River.

Lewes Harbour Marina reported that private boats had sheepshead and triggerfish from the Outer Wall on sand fleas, green crabs and shrimp.

Old Inlet told us tog are being caught out of the Inlet on sand fleas and green crabs. Kings are available from the surf between lots of skates.

Hook ‘em and Cook ‘em said a private boat brought in five yellowfin tuna. The Judy had croaker.
