Three Rescued by Maryland Aviation after Stranded in Mud in Talbot County

Maryland State Police aviation helped to rescue three women who were stranded while jet skiing on Friday. Police say the three 18-year olds became stranded in deep mud and shallow water on Skipton Creek in Talbot County. The area was inaccessible by rescue boat and Trooper 6 was called to conduct a hoist rescue.

All three were recovered – no injuries were reported.
