Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 07/26/26
We continue to have a breeze coming in from the ocean and that makes for a comfortable day on land, but a bit of a bumpy ride on the ocean.
Dan at Dan’s Tackle said Broadkill Beach produced some nice sized spot for those who fished with bloodworms or Fishbites. Croaker were caught on the same baits.
Lewes Harbour Marina reported that the Katydid brought in flounder from ocean structure. The Pirate King had croaker from Delaware Bay. Private boats fished the Outer Wall with sand fleas and green crabs to catch sheepshead.
Old Inlet saw blues caught from under the bridge early in the morning on bucktails or metal.
Hook ‘em and Cook ‘em cleaned two bluefin tuna caught at the Hambone. Private boats had dolphin ranging from peanuts to 30 inches.
