DSP Looking for Suspect in Attempted Robbery & Shooting Near Seaford

Delaware State Police need your help to find a man wanted for an attempted robbery and shooting that occurred Friday night in Seaford. Police were called to Tidal Health Nanticoke for a 26 year old man who was being treated for a non-life threatening gunshot wound. Investigation showed the victim was walking on Brickyard Road near the Mobile Gardens community around 8:30pm when a truck stopped behind him.

Police say the suspect is known to the victim who identified him as 22 year old Arturo Morgado-Sanchez of Greenwood.  Morgado-Sanchez got out of the truck, demanded the victim’s property and shot him. The victim was taken to the hospital in a private vehicle. Police have an arrest warrant for Morgado-Sanchez.
