About DTD MEDIA

DataTech Digital LLC, doing business as DTD MEDIA, is the parent company of WGMD 92.7 FM, The Talk of Delmarva, and WUSX 98.5 FM, serving listeners across the Delmarva Peninsula.

For decades, WGMD was owned and operated by Resort Broadcasting, a company founded by a group of original owners that included Mark Giuliani’s father and uncle. The Giuliani family’s involvement in broadcast radio spans more than 45 years.

In 2022, Mark Giuliani, already the owner of WUSX, purchased Resort Broadcasting from its original owners. DataTech Digital replaced Resort Broadcasting, bringing WGMD and WUSX together under one company for the first time. The purchase kept WGMD in the family and preserved The Talk of Delmarva as a live, locally produced station, rather than seeing it sold and converted to automation.

Today, DTD MEDIA continues WGMD’s long tradition of local news, talk, and community service on Delmarva.
