Arrest Made in November, 2025 Shooting of Occupied Home in Dover

Dover Police have arrested a 19-year-old Wilmington man in connection with a shooting that damaged an occupied home on November 28th, 2025. Malik Isabell was taken into custody without incident and is being held on $96,000 cash bail, facing multiple firearm-related charges, reckless endangering, and criminal mischief. Police say the incident happened late on November 28th on Cowgill Street, when shots were fired into a home. The residence was occupied at the time, but no injuries were reported.
