Barricade Situation in Snow Hill Ends with Arrest

A Snow Hill man has been arrested after an incident at a West Market Street residence in Snow Hill Sunday night. Police learned an adult woman was physically restrained in the home by 49 year old Robert Anderson who was armed with a firearm and threatened to harm the woman. She was able to get out of the home and call 911.
