Delaware State Police say they have arrested 21-year-old Deangelo McCafferty of Blades following a domestic incident which resulted in the assault of a Delaware State Trooper.

The incident took place on Tuesday, June 4 around 9:30 p.m. when Troopers were dispatched to a residence on East 6th Street for a reported domestic incident. Troopers learned that McCafferty had an altercation with his two minor siblings and mother. He struck his mother and one of the younger siblings.
