Bomb Threat Received by Beebe Healthcare

This morning at about 9:17, several employees of Beebe Healthcare received a low credibility and non-specific bomb threat, according to the Lewes Police Department. Beebe Healthcare immediately contacted the City of Lewes Police Department who responded to several Beebe locations within the City. Those buildings were searched with the assistance of a K-9 from the Delaware River and Bay Authority Police and were rendered as safe. As of this afternoon, Lewes Police are following leads as to the origin of the email and the investigation is ongoing.
