Brush Fire Spreads, Damages RVs, Small Structures

The Maryland State Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating a blaze in Cambridge that involved recreational vehicles, brush and a garage and small non-residential structures.

The fire was reported in the 5,800-block of Indian Quarter Road Wednesday at 12:37 a.m. Local firefighters had the blaze under control in less than half-an-hour.

A neighbor discovered the fire, which involved multiple RVs, a significant area of brush and a garage and other small outside structures.

Damage is estimated at $75,000. Anyone with information about the fire is asked to contact the Salisbury Office of the Maryland State Fire Marshal at 410-713-3780.
