Earlier this month, deputies of the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office served an arrest warrant on 34-year-old Kevisha A. Brown of Cambridge, MD. The arrest stems from a robbery that occurred at Target on Marlboro Avenue in Easton on June 20th. After conducting interviews with employees, Officers learned
that Brown had requested employees to retrieve scooters, which she was told she had to pay for first. Brown then told employees that if they didn’t turn over the scooters, she had two people with her that would hurt or shoot them if they didn’t comply. Brown then grabbed the scooters and left the store without paying. Detectives initiated an investigation and were able to identify her. Detectives also
uncovered that Brown was involved in the theft of a fire pit at Walmart, prior to the Target incident, and a
second shoplifting incident at Walmart on June 27th of this year. Brown faces several robbery and theft-related charges and was released to the custody of the Dorchester County Detention Center.
