Deputy Chief Rapa says “It is a tremendous honor to be chosen as the Seaford Police Department’s Deputy Chief. I look forward to working with my fellow officers and the community to further strengthen our relationship through professional and integrity.”

Recently, the Department reported no criminal loss of life the year 2018, which it credits to it’s community policing.
